Company Policy — who you are dealing with

The SpiderNet Trade Portal is operated by SpiderNet Technology FZE (Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE) together with Musallam Trading LLC. The company named on your invoice is your counterparty for that transaction. We are a business-to-business distributor of IT and telecom products; the Platform is available only to entities holding a valid trade licence, and every account is approved after know-your-customer verification (Customer Terms, clauses 3 and 4).

Marketplace listings show whether goods come from our own stock or from a partner supplier, and whether we sell as principal or as a disclosed agent (Customer Terms, clause 2).

Return Policy — inspection, warranty and RMA

On delivery. Inspect the goods and notify us in writing of any shortage, visible damage or wrong delivery within three (3) business days, and of any latent defect within seven (7) days of discovery. Serial numbers supplied with the goods are the definitive record of what was delivered. Failure to notify within these periods counts as acceptance (Customer Terms, clause 10).

Warranty. Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the product and territory, plus any additional period stated on the listing. Warranty claims are submitted through the Platform's RMA process with the relevant serial numbers. Warranty is void where goods have been misused, modified, physically damaged, or where identifying marks or serial numbers have been altered or removed (Customer Terms, clause 11).

Marketplace goods. Warranty and returns follow the supplier's obligations, which we pass through and enforce on your behalf.

Authenticity. If you have reason to believe goods are counterfeit or misdescribed, stop distribution immediately and notify us. We investigate and, where a claim is substantiated, arrange return, replacement or credit (Customer Terms, clause 12).

How to start a return: open RMA / Returns in your account, or check a unit first with Serial Lookup. Goods must not be returned before an RMA reference is issued.

Copyright Policy

All rights in the Platform, its content, structure, catalogue and data belong to the Operator or its licensors. Account holders receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for procurement only. You may not scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract pricing, stock or catalogue data, nor use automated means to access the Platform (Customer Terms, clauses 13 and 16).

Manufacturer names, trade marks, product images and specifications remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only; nothing on the Platform grants any licence in them. You may not use the SpiderNet name, logo or marks, or present yourself as an authorised distributor, agent or partner, without our prior written consent.

To report an infringement, or a listing you believe misuses your brand, write to contacts@spidernetfz.ae with the details and we will investigate.
